Strobe brackets and a bit of this and that...

Back into the shed for more work on Booger Mobile...

Of course, removing the old roof rack brought with it some issues, like where are the amber strobes going to mount?

Damian bought a strip of metal aptly called "Make a Bracket"... 

So that's what he did!!

One for each amber strobe...

All nice and black...

Damian also figured he would see if he could fix the amber strobe that only had 3 of the 5 LED's working...

There it is (up the back, with the three working ones not in the picture).

Open heart surgery on the strobe light...  Damian found a broken bit of solder on the far right LED.

Out with the soldering iron...

While that's cooling, it was time to throw a coat of paint on the roof pod...

Paper up the bottom so it stays black...

And a coat of green...  Hmmm...  where the old sticker was is showing through like a big showing through thing...  that might need more thought.

Front looks good though... Neon green... mmmmmmm!!

Oops...  Not the only thing to become neon green...

Thankfully it was just the dust from the overspray...  lucky Damian - those shoes are new!!

So...  new strobe mounting brackets...  wonder what Damian's next job will be?
