New Shockies and Sticker Time!!

With esCarpade 2016 just around the corner, Damian thought it was time to get cracking on a couple of minor things - the first one, replacing the front struts and rear shock absorbers!

Front clearance looks alright, but the shocks are a bit on the sad side having already done six esCarpades!!

Rear clearance is fine too, thanks to the mega-leaf springs replaced a few years back...

New Monroe Magnum 4x4 front struts...  beefy!!

Time to remove the old ones...

The old ones look a little dainty compared to the new ones!!

Refitting...

Voila!!

Rear ones are a bit beefier than the old Monroe GT Gas shocks...

The old shocks had a hard life - check out the dents from rocks flying up!!

Next up, the main part of the sticker...  note the removed dot between falcons and com... This is because the sticker did not come with a dot between www and early, so Damian had to improvise!!
