And the shed construction is FINISHED!!

Finally, the construction phase of the shed to house Booger Mobile is FINISHED!!

Day five - Roller Doors on and PA Door hardware on.

Day six - FINISHED!!

Many thanks must go to the various people who attended to help out across the days, and of course to Tricia for keeping us all fed and watered! Special mention must go to Damian's brother Jason from Jason Sheather Plumbing who did all the tricky sheetmetal stuff... they specialise in commercial and shop plumbing - just don't ask him to do your shed!!

Next stop - power and lights!! (Oh, and to remove those damn tree-stumps that are blocking the roller doors!!)

Shed progress update - nearly finished!!!

Well, it has been an exciting, painful, nerve-wracking and downright long four days that have been spent building the shed to house Booger Mobile (so far).

Here's where the shed is at after four days:

Day One - rear wall and other bits...

Day two - rear wall and frame standing

Day three - rest of frame and roof purlins on.

Day four - sheeted, roofed and squared off!!

All that remains is the ridge capping and barge capping (after trimming the top of the side walls), the front gutter, downpipes and hanging the roller doors!!

Shed progress update...

The shed slab is DOWN!! Note the remaining stumps that need to be removed to make driving into the shed a bit easier!

The tree-stumps will be removed, but for now, it's like an obstacle course!!

The flat-pack of parts has been here for a while - collecting dust and moisture from the rain - we've had torrential rain in the past few weeks!!

Doesn't really look like enough parts for a 9m x 7m shed!

The shed is due to be built on the weekend of the 18th/19th of April, so if you have nothing better to do, come on over!! ;-)
