Tailshaft Universal Joint replacement - scrutineering requirement

At 2012 scrutineering, Damian was told that the universal joints on the tailshaft of Booger Mobile were fine for 2012, but would need to be replaced before esCarpade 2013...


First step, off with the bash plate!!


Tada!!


There's the tailshaft...


Bucket to catch the transmission fluid...


One tailshaft!!


Off to the shop it went, to be returned with shiny new universal joints...  front...


And rear!!

 
Now to find time to put the damn thing back in again!!

    There is never a dull moment when Damian's working on the Booger Mobile,always replacing this and that,taking a lot of time, but we all know Damian loves working on his Mighty Booger Mobile
