esCarpade 2015 - Day 7 - Roma to Meandarra to Goondiwindi

Day 7 - the final day of the 2015 Camp Quality esCarpade!!

Angus and Damian were up early...


In search of four new tyres and a rim to replace the damaged one.


Damian removing TOJO's tyre to return to its rightful owners...

Removing wheels to have their tyres replaced...


And putting new ones back on again.

After the fitting of tyres, there was still time for a bit of breakfast before heading off on the day's driving...

Today would have a couple of smaller sections, with 211km in the morning, and 172km after lunch, culminating in a parade through the main street of Goondiwindi!!

After lunch, it was time to check out for the final stage, which would lead to the muster point, before parading into Goondiwindi en masse!!
























































































The muster point...  Booger Mobile's bonnet is up just to get some heat out before the slow parade...

After a relaxing afternoon with the family, it was time for the formal farewell dinner...

The amazing total was announced - $1333105!!


And the official announcement of next year's route... Batemans Bay to Griffith, via Phillip Island!!


Damian and Angus collected their thank-you certificates...


 
And of course, no esCarpade would be complete without a selfie with this good looking rooster...
 

esCarpade is done and dusted for another year...  Damian and Angus said their farewells to teams tonight - many of the southern teams are hitting the road pretty early... although some of the other teams will be at breakfast in the morning...

Time for a sleep-in, before packing Booger Mobile and heading home!!
